That Point That I've Come to Hate

That Point That I've Come to Hate

A Poem by Desert Knave
"

a poem about having to wait

"
I've gone well past that point
That I have come to hate
That point within the wait
Where I begin to pace
And my heart begins to race

I've gone well past that point
That I've come to despise
Where the time never flies
And I will not be right
Until you're in my sight

You have captured and displayed, nicely in rhyme, that universal anxiety and pain of waiting, waiting, waiting for critical news! I like the poem, Jim.
