A Bad Moon is Rising Soon

A Bad Moon is Rising Soon

A Poem by Desert Knave
"

a poem inspired by a John Fogerty penned song

"
I'm not going (too) far out
On any limbs tonight
As the sky's telling me
That it won't turn out right
So, I'm keeping my doors
And my windows shut tight

A bad moon is rising soon
And the sky fills me with fright
So, I'll stay out of sight
And not go (too) far out
On any limbs tonight
May others rake the moon's light
