I used to feel like this.. not only about new situations, but trying anything new, really. I think they call it "generalized anxiety' well, in my case. But I've gotten over it, I kind of just go into autopilot mode and trust my intuition, and internal navigation skills, to navigate these new situations. And once it's over with... it wasn't so bad, after all. We just have to remember to breathe. I hope I remember this, when something new and unexpected arises. Life always knows when to throw us a curveball. This poem is good to reflect on.
