I Saw Red (But No Bread)

I Saw Red (But No Bread)

A Poem by Desert Knave
"

another poem inspired by a song ("I Saw Red" - Warrant)

"
My magnificent mood
Immediately died
Just minutes after
I'd walked inside
It felt like my heart
Dropped right to the floor
The bread was no longer
There on Aisle Four
I am really not sure
I can take anymore
