ah, this is nice...a haiku that if read between the lines could be a senyru for someone whose life is dark and painful...that person hasn't felt the sun in so long.

and is tired of being single, but is afraid to open up again...the risk feels too high.

maidahl, yes, it is a flower and I see a whole universe in every flower. Flowers are amazing beings that teach lessons if we take a moment to listen. This specific golden poppy taught me an important concept about human beings and relationships. I give thanks to the flowers for sharing their wisdom.
