It's just a poem about us, you, them...called WE

WE

We are all soldiers dying to be reborn
We are patched holes in our hopes reworn
We are all small cogs waiting to be turned
We are all new lessons needing to be learned.

We are the actors in our own passion play
Waiting in the wings for own judgement day
We can be sitting on the brink of destruction
Or we can be part of our own reconstruction.

We are all the writers of our own history
Paint pictures of despair or wondrous glory
We are the conclusions to our own experiment
On a planet not bought, it's only up for rent.
