It wouldn't be love if it wasn't a little twisted ;)

I ask you to let down your guard and

I learn there's so much in this Garden to figure out.

Growth won't occur if we never try and work this out.

You mislead me, and I keep coming back around.

Well, I'll tell you what we should overcome:

The false proposals before we make a run

Candy wedding rings, just for fun

But I look at you when you're not watching

And you don't know I'm quite serious. 

I'd sacrifice all freedom for this.

And tell the neighbors we'll maintain this bliss

No losing ourselves to keep up with Jones's

No losing our love to appeal to these posers.

And if we've got to work from 8 to 6,

we'll ease the sadness with favorite flicks.
