Persephone's WailA Poem by Dina
Wish my hands were smaller
And voice was taller Perhaps the problem could get resolved that way. Trippin' over dollars You put me through college, but Your blue collar is getting in the way. Our visions are not in sync We're no longer helping each other You cannot expect to drink the holiest of the waters with blood on your collar it's blood that you drink? What's that on your collar? You're basking in absolute power, while your coward stands closely behind you. Look behind you. It's behind you. You're basking in absolute power, you coward You're basking ain't absolute. You're basking in absolute power, you coward. Your basking you coward your power you coward you're basking, in me. Your basking You coward Such power You coward You tower over me How fascinating. You fascinate me. Where does the power go? Where does it all go?
