June Bug

June Bug

A Poem by Dina

There's a room that you got to when you're feeling alone
I assume that the close doors mean that no one's welcomed
And that's cool, but I like you
So I hope you don't mind if I chime in.
Perfect timing.

Make your loved one's so worried
Damn you're always in a hurry
What you're running from's so scary
No, I couldn't question that

But perhaps if you slow down a bit
you'd find you're not so alone in this
This time, you could use some company
Take mine.
Take time for you
Make time for me, for you.

I'm used to sad people
Nothing new.

There isn't much left to do
Let's cool for the day
The blues go away when you put effort in
Okay my friend?
