What about character in others, do you happen to see?
Who is most genuine in their generosity?
What is it that keeps your faith alive?
Now tell me honestly, do you ever see God?

Who were you before?
How did you get here?
Have you seen the world?
Or would you rather stay near?

Did mom and dad scorn you?
Or did you just disappear?
