Empty SpaceA Poem by DindellaAnother repost from DA ( http://dindellathedefender.deviantart.com/art/Empty-Space-POEM-413054772 ), so you guys can see it here.I take a deep breath in, releasing my air in a stream of snake-like fogs, In all my efforts against the freezing wind, the backdrop of my mind is bleeding over the cogs, And so I breathe and I shiver, reaching out against the empty space in my mind, Reaching out to where star and sun both exist, to where Earth I will find, But it's so hard to think in empty space, where the vacuum of time drinks in my blood like Caesar, But I'm no fallen king, no shining star, just a tredded path inhabiting low gravity and grasping out far. What's in a name? For by any name t'would be still disconnected and colorless, Perhaps not as much colorless as a hidden mess Blanketed in snow and human wastes, How do I get lost in this place? My blood has turned to bone, Leaving amongst a dream and finding myself alone, No words to embrace my condition like bad poetry and I'm silenced inside, But finding you reaching out for me besides.
