I'm done with those days

Of sadness and crying

Writing sad song pretending

They were about other girls

They never were

They were always about you

But now I'm with you

I don't have to be sad

I can be happy

I am happy

I'll always be happy

Because of you

No more sad days

Happy is the way it is

Unless your sad

Then I'll do the best I can to make you happy

nice short poem. I really like how you write about happiness. Alot of people write about sad and emotional things. And I like how it's short, not long and overdrawn. Just simple and gets to the point

Pros: I used to be able to relate to this. Of course, that was before the relationship ended, but still, I understand. The idea of this poem is conveyed very well. That loving someone and having them can make everything better, make everything feel alright and complete. I like the last two lines because they go from focusing on you to your significant other.

Cons: Just a suggestion, perhaps add a paragraph break where you start with "But now I'm with you." Because that's the turning point of the entire thing.

Overall: A good, interesting poem.
