Just a poem

Awaken from your forsaken nightmares. 

No longer aware. 

Caught in an affair with your despair. 

Beware of their wicked desires.  

Set fire to your reality. 

Mortality and Brutality go hand in hand. 

The old brand. 

The new demand. 

Beware for they crave. 

Enslave is the new rave. 

Misbehave and deprave. 

The never ending war. No longer adored. 

Weakened by your demons. 

Beaten for your treason. 

Eaten by the deacon. 

Conceited and sweetened. 

Insanity consumed humanity. 

Christianity and profanity. 

Beware of your apathy. 

Agony and vanity. 

Where’s your sanity? Lost in time. 

Sublime and ready to climb. 

Awaken from your victimless crime.

You speak very true words. "Set fire to your reality" would most likely be my favorite lines. We all must find a way to escape our nightmares and realize who we are. Forgive ourselves for our mistakes and understand why certain things happen the way they do. In living, we must learn to awaken our minds and guide ourselves.
