DamnationA Poem by dramamineJust a poemTortured teens and everything in between. You never were a part of the scene. Better get the vaccine. Obscene and unclean. Obey to the hatred regime. Pray to the machine. She was seventeen and couldn’t see through the smoke screen. He was thirteen and couldn’t apply the sunscreen. We’re all corpses now. Waiting for the day we begin to rot. Smile for your mug shot. You never blended with the lot. Hang the noose. Sharpen the blade. Load the gun. You’ve been shunned. In turmoil ready for the inferno. All the drugs in this world won’t save us from ourselves. Where’s our savior? Deemed a traitor. Deepen the razor. You’ll be in the paper. Suicide to neutralize. Scrutinize to unify. One nation under probation with starvation and taxation for all. Give a standing ovation it will be your salvation. © 2015 dramamineAuthor's Note
