Bowl of silence

You turned my mood gently to happiness.

Then you turned your back,

And quickly disappeared away.

You drained my blood into a bowl of silence,

Then you poured it on my fire that went off.

You brought light and then shade on my imagination

Your shadow on the wall near the bed where we slept

Outstanding, Domi. You are very, very talented. I am in awe of your grasp of English and the ability to write poetry.

I would love to see the same poem, underneath, in Italian.....

One quick note: "Into a bowl of silent" - perhaps should be "Into a bowl of silence"
