Just a short poem.

The sky so black
Rain pouring down so hard
Loud rumble of thunder
Candles are lit
A warm fire burning in the fireplace
A bottle of wine
Two glasses
Snuggled up with a soft blanket
My favorite thing to do
With you.

This is wonderfully romantic. I've always loved thunderstorms, so much so that, as a child, my parents would threaten me to keep me safe inside. I can sleep like a baby when it rains. I enjoyed the read.

storms are so romantic, even with the devastation they may bring...
i think i felt that way especially when i was younger...
this poem paints a perfect picture of that...made me think of the Lovin' Spoonful song "rain on the roof"---
