Azure Smoke & A Smoker's Contemplation

I smoked a cigar,

Huffed and Puffed; Then it let out--

An azure smoke.

And I huffed again, wondering what I was doing.

Composing poetry? An extremely silly idea, don't you agree, me? 

What does a sinner have to write? 

A confession, perhaps.

But this doesn't look like a confession to me. Nor any that I've seen.

Possessed, yes. I am convinced I am possessed.

Why else would I pen down such silliness?

I've outgrown fairy tales and nursery rhymes long ago.

A long sigh, huh. I'm just wholly confused today, aren't I?

And I wonder, what has gotten into me?
