A realization of another.

Darling, where has your smile gone?
The smile that once brought upon Dawn,
It has been years since our separation,
But your smile was what I wish for in our union,
Yet, where has your smile gone?
Tattered, surely this must be a con,
Your smile, the one that I've once adored,
Shattered, and will never be the same as before.
