A life Query

Scribbles for time-kill.

It is great to be alive,
To close your eyes without fear,
To trust that light will warm you,
To believe in a day without tears;
It is great to lead a life,
To protect the ideals you believe in,
To protect the ones you gave your heart to,
To make amends to all your sins;
Is it ideal to lead a life,
Without love and forgiveness,
Without fear and the need for bravery,
Without the desire for happiness;
Nay, it is a choice,
But what makes it one fine or not?
Is it ideal to lose a life,
That is endowed with love and experience,
That is blessed with kindness and innocence,
That is still a seed in need for growing?
What is your life then?
