Can You Allow One White Lie?

Waking up from a long night dream,

Smelling the air that is so fresh in steam;

Catching up with falling dew drops,

Wishing the dreamy moments would not stop.

A Honey-Sweet Day is Awaiting me,

No need to be scared nor feeling lonely,

Though this easiness is naught but temporary,

I still hold onto whatever this day might be.

In my dreams, the stars are always bright,

Because I always wish for day to replace night,

Though this wish is but a superficial light,

I know it is what my heart needs to take flight.

A Honey-Sweet Lover, that is what I am,

Always wearing a smile in front of the cam,

And though these sentiments of sweetness are fake,

I'll reserve these happy moments, no matter what it takes.

There's always that one hour in the day that I am energised for no reason, so that girl decided to write a joint poem with me, a spontaneous writing.
