THE GREEN DRESS

Mom and I went to the dress shop

And as I was looking through the dresses

When I found this beautiful green dress

It was a very pretty dress

It was long

And very soft

It was two tone green

The sleeves were long

I asked mom can I have this dress

She says maybe

lets look around some more

Later when I got home from school

And went to my room

And put my bag

One a chair

I glanced over

on my bed

There was a box

On my bed

I looked at it for a minute

And smiled

I

 ran over

Oh so excited

And then opened the box

And found the exact dress

I asked mom for

I tried it on

And went to the mirror

And did a spin in front of it
