Heartfelt

A short dialogue in the form of poetry between two good friends, comforting each other in times of hardship.

Skye:

To break a heart

To heal it

To break a soul

To mend it

To shatter a world

A heart

A soul

A brokenhearted 

friend in need.

Jazz:

To heal a broken heart

To mend a broken soul

To give a broken heart and soul

The help and love it needs.

This is my sole compassion

This is my sole quest

Together we shall fight

Those who shatter our fragile worlds.

Skye:

Fear is always in our hearts

A cold finger 'round our souls

But with our friends

Fear not the things

We must brave in life alone.

Instead discard the lives we led

Of wicked, miserable deeds

That sprouted from our loneliness

And the friends we did not heed

So now, my friend, please take my hand

And lead me where you may

And heal my broken heart and soul

With your friendship every day.

When I am not so happy, I get inspiration from my friends that cheer me up, all the time. Thank you to all my awesome friends! :)
