The Wrangler

The Wrangler

A Poem by Cerebriation

Silly little angel
                     on my shoulder
She's a stranger
I don't need her for the danger
Long ago, I shoulda hanged 'er
Could I not have said it plainer
Could it be that I'm deranged, or
Is it you that should be shamed, or
Is this just a stupid game, sir
Oh well, no matter, I have tamed her
Off i go now to rearrange 'er
I'm the wrangler
Time to stragle 'er
I'm the wrangler
I'm the wrangler
I tie up and set aflame, your
Whole existence, wreck the frame for
Everything you've ever gained, sure
I could show mercy, end your pain, or
Let you live amongst the wranglers
Give your life back, and refrain more
I, sadly, aint one to abstain for
Even a second, I'm the bane. War
Is everything we know. Disdain
Is your best friend until we've slain. Your
Misery runs in our vains. Gore
And blood until you hear that train roar
So talk to God. Go now, arrange for
Whatever heaven's been your main lore
It's time to add you to our stained floor
