Whats too hate ones self

With every laughter
Each Critisms
I will be the one too watch
The frozen breathe from behind.
The rage you have for me
Is nothing but material ill use on you.
Weigh yourself down
As I do nothing
But utter these words within a mirror.
You listen but never look
As disbelief becomes your last defense.
Longer you refuse
The louder I scream.
You can't hide
Only too be blinded from one's self.
