BLAZING BRIGHT AND FUTURE

The light dispels the darkness and in path of the morning sun we live

 

BLAZING  BRIGHT AND FUTURE

 

Down by the river

When day is done

We dream only of

The rising sun

 

The senior skips

And abides his class

Thinks only of

That freshman lass

 

Rising fumes of perfidy

Contaminating infamy

Deliberating calamity

Settled by the rising sun

 

She will come as a kitten

Padding softly in her fur

Destined to wake the ancients

Cloaked in sweet amor

 

Blazing streams warm us through

Brilliant tendrils of our lives

Sultry memories of you

Life stirs in many hives

 

Shedding petals with aroma

Of sweet freshened air

The spring of life stirs anew

Among the young and fair

 

Furry kittens purr and pedal

Through life where mildew bled

Blazing rays of tomorrow

Now it`s plain what was meant

 In blazing splendor our future spread

Like this piece. All of your poems have good flow and meter. Unlike many in here you actually have some talent. I like the fact that all of your poems aren't dreamy fluff and whisperings of non-sense. I'll read more if you'll read some of mine. I toy with villanelle, rondeau's, and even a sestina on occassion....and of course free verse. Great work.
