Lightning and Thunder

Rumbling, rolling sounds

Echoing all around

Flashes fast and bright

We wonder about the light

The light precedes the sound

As it strikes the ground

Beautifully dangerous

And dangerously beautiful

The scene so stunning outside my window

With one comes the other

It is lightning and thunder
