Positively 4th. Street Is Not A Question

Our good friend Dylan still rides the open seas

On a bolt of lightning over rolling thunder tours

Lyrics follow boots in no direction to the streets

Kabuki make up on, boat capsizing in the storm

Hat tipped and feathered for the occasion of a song

A rolled joint hangs off the lips

In danger of going overboard

Pen full of ink, holstered by his side electric

Guitars change directions in the wind

The answer my friend is blowing in the wind

According to Bob “How many times”

Is still a question

Positively 4th. Street is not

Lyrics follow boots in no direction

Authors note: A tribute to Bob Dylan " An American Master work, a Masterpiece in progress. In his album “Desire” he says, “Time is an ocean. It ends at the shore. I might not see you tomorrow.”
