Can a Manager Lead?

A manager is like a leader. Or are they? The following is a brief part of an Informative essay about the topic: "Key Differences between Leaders and Managers".

      If you are an individual with just as much as a trace of working experience, then you know what a manager is. But is a manager considered a leader? Do managers manage leaders or do leaders lead managers? Is there any difference at all?

You may already be thinking that there is no way in hell that a manager could be a leader. That obnoxious, flagrant excuse of a specimen? Ew. No way are they a leader. You're very sure leaders are supposed to be supportive and not make you quit job in the first week.

      Obviously I am joking, not all (if not most) managers are horrid. But are managers and leaders actually different at all? Are here actually key differences between leaders and managers?

I love the concept as there is a lot of truth to the idea and something not to many people think about. Also it is focused, each sentence having something to offer. I would however read it aloud and if the sentence does not roll off the tongue, work on it till it does. I could nitpick a few words but I wont because I belive the above advice will be all that you need to make this essay work. As a bonus note I liked this sentence. Do managers manage leaders or do leaders lead managers?
