words ...

Words land softly ... 

the pain of life ever changing

hopelessness ... 

alive in this contradiction.

lie secured in this haze of confusion ... 

everything appearing surreal

... then again concrete.

Is this so pure how contaminated these dark waves of soil lie silent?

... or the will to survive replete ... 

warped by the pitfalls of time?

ahhhh yes what's that saying ?? 'Your mind can be good to you or it can be your most cunning enemy' ahhh something like that ... it's funny isn't it when you walk yourself through your own self induced maelstrom and at it's epicentre you become suddenly blind to all exits. Then, if you allow it, it passes, you come out of a seemingly foggy delusion ... I always like looking back over my shoulder and figuring out for myself what all the fuss was about ...

Thank you for reading this. Really this is a simple write working to express the chaotic nature of emotions, self doubt, and turmoil swirling around in my being. I would believe you. I have been accused of reaching too far at times, but what those people fail to understand is this stuff comes as it will ... I don't have much say in the matter.
