The Fall

The Fall

A Poem by I Am Svetlana

High above.
Dangling from a cloud.
Having the sky surround.

If I let go,
I would fall like a penny
From a building, to the ground.

It sounded lovely.
The risk of
Falling, even dying.

I closed my eyes.
Took a deep breath.
And let go.

This poem is most impressive. It inspired me to write a gift poem for you from the clouds point-of-view. You may keep this poem as your own. It has /0/0/0/ meter where / is an accent, and 0 is a non-accent. It sings like a song:

Clouds

Clouds are islands in the sky.
There's no better place you see
than where everything goes by
bringing all that love that's free:
Sun, and Moon, and stars that fly
over mountain, land, and sea.
Without you, these clouds would cry.
One-by-one they'd cease to be.

A very simple, yet passionate piece. Nicely penned!
