Right That Exists

Right That Exists

A Poem by I Am Svetlana

Freedom is hard to taste.
When I am trying to keep my head on straight.
Why must they make me wait so damn long?
Not even conscious of what I've done wrong.
For me,
Life is just this
As I angrily raise my fist.
Knowing no right from wrong.
Never been told
I could be so gone.
Confused and
Wishing for the truth.
All me wanting
Simple proof.
Though, I must apologize
For how I am.
My dearest,
I bombed my latest mental exam.
But do dry your eyes darling,
I am still here.
Lounging around silently,
With still no beer.
If life is wrong,
Then I will be strong.
All to figure out
The right that I know exists.

Your poem express a common plight caused by the duel nature of consciousness. What we really are is what we are on a subconscious level. Wrong is always what our conscious mind feels when it tries to sway away from subconscious yearnings. Seeking what's right or wrong is just the action whereby we try to decode the sublimities of our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind pulls the puppet strings on our conscious mind. Our conscious mind is just a puppet. Most of us don't know who we really are, or why we do the things that we do.

Is there really a right from wrong? Everyone's perceptions are different depending on where you are and the circumstances. We are all just running around trying to keep our heads on straight. Nicely done
