Since I Stopped Seeing You

Since I stopped seeing you,
My mind became a blur.
Overcome with fog and a light mist.

Since I stopped seeing you,
I couldn't motivate, concentrate.
My grades began to take the fall.

Since I stopped seeing you,
No one could make me feel more beautiful.
So, I threw away all my make-up.

Since I stopped seeing you,
I avoided, hated the world "love".
No one but you deserved that title.

Since I stopped seeing you,
I no longer cared.
To anyone else, I was no one special.

Since I stopped seeing you,
I began to drown within my words.
Making the notebook my most personal coffin.
