A Poem by I Am Svetlana

The air outside.
It took me away.
Far to the skies.
To where the highest birds fly.
Feeling lost, yet alive.
Crawled out of a grave
Where old bones once lay.
There wasn't much else to say.

Author's Note

I Am Svetlana
Another exercise we did in class where we started off with a sentence, any sentence that came to mind, then each next line we wrote would have to somehow not relate to the line before. I'm not sure if I did it right, but I liked how this one turned out.

This is neat, the theme kinda went from a happyish tone to a more serious tone.

An grave and bones kinda mingle together.

All together it's very neat
