Broken ToysA Story by I Am SvetlanaBroken Toys I walk into the house and see a doll
on the floor, its head torn off. It is my sister’s doll. She didn’t want it
anymore. A simple form of destruction and the only option with a toy we don’t
want is to break it in any way that we can. I had to chuckle at this particular
site because it brought back memories, though I never resorted to destroying my
toys after I decided that I didn’t want them anymore. I guess it’s a natural
instinct to break something when we have no use for it or don’t want another to
have it. Siblings rip off the heads of Barbie
dolls all the time, it’s only natural. For some reason, I felt bad for this
doll, to see it have such a tragic end. I feel it’s better to be disowned or abandoned
as a tory than have your very head and stitches ripped apart. But as a result,
this doll’s life was over and it was time to forget about it and simply move on
to the next available toy. © 2013 I Am SvetlanaReviews
