The Man Who Couldn't Speak

The Man Who Couldn't Speak

A Poem by I Am Svetlana

I once knew a man who couldn't speak,
Though he played the piano beautifully.
His delicate fivers were all he needed
As he used them to speak through the precious keys.
His life followed after
As his heart was set free.

Author's Note

I Am Svetlana
I actually got this idea from my dad a couple months back when he got sick to the point where he couldn't speak, but he was still able to play the piano really well. So, I thought about how he was basically speaking through the piano keys instead of making his health worse.

So beautiful, the only problem is the beauty ends much too soon.
Well done! ^^
