The Invisible Abyss

The Invisible Abyss

A Poem by I Am Svetlana

Sometimes, I don't want to be awake.
I let darkness consume me
As I fall through the invisible abyss.
Clawing, fighting,
But there is no way back out.

Is there something I missed?
I just remember you never bothered
To give me a departing kiss.

I stay stuck in this darkened cage
As I desperately hope that you'll find your way.
I can only hope
You'll pull me back into reality.
