Rough Path

I am on a rough path.

One which I cannot

Seem to stray.

My mind keeps me here,

Begs me to stay, always.

But how much longer

Will I be able to live?

Bear such weight, suh thought

Of being a burden?

Someone tells me

That I am capable of

Wandering to a solid path.

To remind me

That I am not all bad.

Deep down, within me,

I know that somewhere,

There is good.
