Nothing More, Nothing Less

Nothing More, Nothing Less

A Poem by I Am Svetlana

Nothing more, nothing less.
For this, I must confess.
I had nothing outside of my dreams.
Couldn't tear apart
The already broken seams.
I could watch the flowing sea,
But knew it was nothing I could be.
I had to accept my wrongs,
In order to enjoy the song.
I had to pick up, haul the sack
And never dare to look back.
