You and Your Friends

You and Your Friends

A Poem by I Am Svetlana

You and your friends,
can't reconnect.

Their lies,
you must disinfect.

Their paths,
you must re-direct.

Their lost hearts,
you must re-inflate.

Their minds,
you must re-inspect.

They aren't who you
thought they were.
And your friends,
you realize,
aren't really yours.

It's often too late when we realize that our friends are not really who they say they are. Good write!
