Bugs

Bugs

A Poem by I Am Svetlana

They are here, they are there.
My god, they're everywhere!
No one knows, but me.
Should I tell them what I see?

The bugs are in my skin.
They're coming to get me again.
It sounds like I've gone off the deep end,
but I'm serious this time.

Ceilings, walls.
On silverware, bathroom stalls.
Must I see them on everything?
Doctor, is something wrong with me?

Sigh...I apologize.
I'm afraid of
things I can't see.

All I received
was only a
forest of
goosebumps.
