Sins

Sins

A Poem by I Am Svetlana

Oh, grant me a wish
before certain death.
I hushed joy in keeping secrets
of the violence I dreamt
of inflicting on others.
Imagining making them
drool blood as I
sip coffee on a windowsill.
I wish them dead,
but I am not one to kill.
Not today...
Today, they all shall live.
I don't wish
to stack up more sins.
