Intoxicating

Intoxicating

A Poem by I Am Svetlana
"

Someone should have warned us...

"
I don't have time for you,
but when I get out of my head,
I hope you will kiss me in silence.

I will not starve
under the weight of you,
but during the quiet hours,
you left me clothed in ink.
Leaving deep impressions.

No matter how far I roam,
I'd rather be with you...
lost in connection.

We planned to touch,
but someone should have warned us
that love was intoxicating.
