We Are America

We are America.
We know the price of Freedom.
Greeted by unwelcome visitors
who turn our lives to ruin.
What else aren't you telling me?

Government--
they say the world is yours.
So, let's put the pieces together
and reclaim our prize.
Believe we haven't lost it yet!

Since the election,
I'm sure we've all
grown heavy hearts,
but we shouldn't
blame each other.

Don't let the government
ruin our future.
We are America and
we know the price of Freedom.
