What would you say

If I walked away?

If I took your heart

And gave it away?

So precious

And treasured anymore.

You ask why

I do this to you.

I have no response.

I just glance

Ooh this sounds like some one is quite upset with someone else. I think the narrator has been hurt by the person, who's heart she is giving away. Revenge isn't always sweet.
