My life sudenly

Switched upside down.

 

Someone new

Enters the picture.

 

A baby.

My mothers new "precious"

 

I am left alone.

 

I sit in my room

Day after day.

 

Wisihing I was you "precious"

Instead of this new child.

 

Now I know how animals feel

When babies enter their households.

 

Abandoned

And alone.
