So very true... Sadly true... Many people have their own way of dealing with their issues, pains and such. But binding oneself in a web of silence causes unimaginable hurt. Discussing your sadness, being able to find compassion in another can be a remedy beyond a persons wildest dreams. Pushing a helping hand away not only slows the recovery for the suffering party but it also damages who reached out. It is painful to watch someone you care for wasting away in agony.
