He Said/She Said

She said he was something else.
He said she was nothing else.

She said he was the one.
He said he was done.

She cried over his name.
He said it was just a game.

She said to give her a second chance.
He knew it wasn't a simple dance.

She said she thought
He said he was to follow what he was taught.

She said she wouldn't give up.
He said she was out of luck.

And that's how it ended.

I love the rhyming.. and the 4th stanza is nice.
