Sorry if I'm not quite what you expected.
Not the prettiest or smartest.
I may get an attitude with you and others at times.
But you must know and understand
That I was born to make mistakes.

No one is perfect.
We can't all be 'golden children'.
We must be ourselves
And learn from what we live through.
Baby, we were born to make mistakes.

Sure, we can ride the carousel round and round,
But it is up to us if we want to get somewhere.
We can choose to live the same mistake as once before.
But one day, we shall learn and prove to the world
That we were all born to make mistakes.

Our mistakes help us grow.
Shape us from bad to better than before.
Who are you and I
Without our mistakes?
Just accept that we were born to make mistakes.

great piece. yup too many people expect us to be perfect but they don't know how to forgive for when we make mistakes. and even some of us don't even admit that we make mistakes and don't bother to correct it. thats worse. great reflection.

Yeah, it sucks when that happens. A person can easily make mistakes without realizing it. But when one makes a mistake, it's best to own up to it and be honest with yourself and others. You shouldn't lie to yourself nor others because it would then eat you up inside. With the guilt, that is.

Mhm, everyone makes mistakes and sometimes they are hard to avoid making. Some mistakes are maybe made because we are feeling we are doing the right thing for ourselves or others. Yet, it ends us on the shorter and more broken end of the string.
