A Writer Is...(Revised)

A Writer...

           Is a saint and sinner 

A loser and winner. 

A Writer... 

            Is a troubled mind. 

And is never blind. 

A Writer... 

           Is a body in pain, 

A mind gone insane! 

A Writer... 
 
            Is love and hate. 

They give and take, 

and full of heartache. 

A Writer... 

           Is what they make. 

They're an angel of grace, 

with a tired face.      

A Writer...

          Is a demon within!

Yet still, a soul with a pen. 

A Writer...

            Is everything. 

A Writer...

            Is nothing at all. 

They can lift you up. 

They can make you fall. 

A Writer...

            Is uncensored and raw! 

A Writer... 

           Is capable of anything, anything at all.

Most writers are a bit loco. I believe they saw too much or they believe their words. Most writers hold hope close in the chaos of the real world. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry and your thoughts. I did enjoy.
