Perfect little pieces

Perfect little pieces

A Poem by EmpressPoetess

Moonlight streams fluidly before us

across a silver tipped ocean flow

as if sprinkled with crushed diamonds

his twinkling eyes match this mystery

Firefly illuminated night lies before us

sprinkled with essence of tea rose and lily

his whispers of love move me, arouse me

slow easy, sweet, as soft jazz notes

And then, something wonderful happens;

his strong arms reach for me, to love me

his lips find places to caress into passion

his hands stir flesh into fire and ice

These are the love elements of my world

these times of passion intense love

these are the things I live for

all combined, these perfectly little pieces.

ahh, beautiful

Lovely imagery in the first two verses that sets the tone for the last two... Such a well constructed piece so that the emotion is supported by the framework of words..

arms, lips, hands, flesh that is stirred... the arousal of feelings for a loved one... what each of us needs... so beautifully put
